Được thành lập theo Quyết định số 3854/QĐ-BNN-TCCB ngày 04/12/2008 và Quyết định số 1050/QĐ-BNN-TCCB ngày 9/5/2012 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn Việt Nam, Trung tâm Khảo kiểm nghiệm phân bón Quốc gia là đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập thực hiện các hoạt động khảo nghiệm, kiểm nghiệm, chứng nhận chất lượng sản phẩm phù hợp tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn kỹ thuật; đồng thời làm Tư vấn và dịch vụ, liên doanh, liên kết với các đơn vị trong các lĩnh vực được giao theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.

Established by decision No 4056/QD-BNN-TCCB on 04/12/2008 and decision No. 1050/QD-BNN-TCCB on 9/5/2012 of the Minister of agriculture and rural development of Vietnam, the Center tested the country's fertilizer business units implement the public activity the assay, testing product quality certification, conformity to standards, technical regulation; at the same time doing consulting and services, joint ventures, associated with the units in the field are delivered in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
