Nhà thầu phải phải chịu trách nhiệm về tính đầy đủ, ổn định và an toàn của mọi thao tác trên công trường và mọi biện pháp thi công. Công trình này phải bao gồm tất cả công việc cần thiết để đáp ứng nhu cầu của Chủ đầu tư, hoặc được đề cập đến trong Hợp đồng và tất cả các công việc(kể cả không được nêu trong Hợp đồng) cần thiết cho sự ổn định hoặc việc hoàn thành hoặc sự an toàn và bản thân sự vận hành tốt công trình.

This work should include all the necessary work to meet the needs of the owner, or is mentioned in the contract and all other work (including not stated in the contract) required for the stability or the completion or the safety and ourselves the good works.

This work should include all work required to meet the needs of the investor, or are mentioned in the contract and all the work (even not mentioned in the contract) required for the stabilization or completion, or the safety and well run itself works.
