Ngược lại, không ít quốc gia lại lo sợ xu thế toàn cầu hóa sẽ ảnh hưởng đến những giá trị văn hóa truyền thống. Trên thực tế, những cuộc tấn công mạnh mẽ và dữ dội của văn hóa nước ngoài, như nhiều người gọi là “xâm lăng văn hóa”, khiến cho nhiều dân tộc đang đứng trước nguy cơ đánh mất bản sắc văn hóa của dân tộc mình. Cho nên, sự băn khoăn, e ngại của một số quốc gia là hoàn toàn có cơ sở.

In the current conditions, many countries were quick to integrate with the world, accelerating economic growth, improving all aspects of life for the people, to society. In contrast, few countries not to fear globalization trend will affect the traditional cultural values. In fact, the strong attack and intense of the foreign culture, as many people call "cultural invasion", meant that many people are standing on verge of losing cultural identity of his nation. So, the disturbed, apprehensive of some countries is totally unfounded.
