Chương trình Đối tác Thái Bình Dươn

Chương trình Đối tác Thái Bình Dương (Pacific Partnership – PP) là chương trình huấn luyện, hỗ trợ nhân đạo đa quốc gia được thực hiện hằng năm tại châu Á và châu Đại dương do Chính phủ Hoa Kỳ khởi xướng kể từ sau thảm họa sóng thần năm 2004. Việt Nam đã cho phép Hoa Kỳ, Nhật Bản và các nước liên quan thực hiện chương trình PP17 tại Khánh Hòa. Việc Hải quân Hoa Kỳ phối hợp các ngành chức năng tại Khánh Hòa thực hiện PP17 đã được UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa đánh giá rất cao thông qua việc tổ chức thực hiện hiệu quả các hoạt động: hỗ trợ nhân đạo, tập huấn kỹ năng cứu hộ cứu nạn trên biển, trao đổi nâng cao kỹ năng chuyên môn về y tế, sửa chữa các trường Mầm non, giao lưu văn hóa, thể thao,… đồng thời góp phần thắt chặt mối quan hệ hữu nghị, hợp tác giữa Việt Nam và các nước đối tác tham gia Chương trình.

The partner program of the Pacific Ocean (Pacific Partnership-PP) is a training program, the multinational humanitarian assistance made annually in Asia and Oceania by the United States Government initiated since the tsunami disaster in 2004. Vietnam has allowed the United States, Japan and other related countries implemented the program in PP17 Khanh Hoa. The United States Navy to coordinate the functional sectors in Khanh Hoa carry PP17 Khanh Hoa provincial people's Committee has been greatly appreciate through the effective implementation of the activities: humanitarian assistance, rescue skills training rescue, exchange of professional skills of health repair of the kindergartens, cultural, sports, ... at the same time contribute to tighten ties of friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and the partner countries participate in the program.
