2. Người bán chịu trách nhiệm và chi phí phát sinh đối với quá trình kiểm tra hàng hóa trước khi giao hàng. Trong trường hợp xảy ra tổn thất hay thiệt hại sau khi hàng hóa đã đến càng giao hàng thì nguồi mua có quyền khiếu nại người bán về khối lượng hàng hóa trong vòng 2 tháng kể từ sau ngày hàng hóa đến cảng Sài Gòn
