Thưa Công ty, kể từ ngày hợp đồng được ký kết, chúng tôi đã nhiều lần trao đổi với Công ty nhằm thống nhất về thời gian, cũng như hối thúc để thực hiện công việc theo hợp đồng đã ký kết, cụ thể như sau:
- Email ngày 20/06/2016 gửi kế toán Công ty hỏi thăm tiến độ sổ sách tháng 05/2016 để tiến hành công việc soát xét.
- Email ngày 16/08/2016 gửi kế toán Công ty tiếp tục hỏi thăm tiến độ công việc.
- Email ngày 19/10/2016 gửi ông Macro báo cáo về tình hình công việc, lo lắng sự chậm trễ cho công việc kế toán năm 2016.
Ngoài ra, còn vài lần trao đổi trực tiếp, qua Skybe với kế toán Công ty, tuy nhiên đến nay tình hình vẫn không được cải thiện, chúng tôi vẫn chưa nhận được bất kỳ tài liệu kế toán nào của Công ty cung cấp, cũng như chưa có bất kỳ yêu cầu hỗ trợ nào từ phía công ty.
Với thực trạng như hiện nay, Chúng tôi yêu cầu Công ty khẩn trương có phương án khắc phục sự chậm trễ trên, thời hạn chậm nhất đến ngày 30/12/2016. Nếu không được cải thiện, chúng tôi sẽ không thể tiếp tục hợp đồng nêu trên.
