Xét về cơ cấu kinh tế, khu vực công nghiệp vẫn là ngành mũi nhọn của tỉnh Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu, dù là ngành công nghiệp khai khoáng hay các ngành công nghiệp nặng khác. Hình 2 cho biết cơ cấu kinh tế theo ngành của Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu trong giai đoạn 2010-2014. Có thể thấy rõ rằng công nghiệp khai khoáng và các ngành công nghiệp khác là thành phần chính trong GDP của Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu. Chỉ riêng các ngành công nghiệp đã chiếm tới 89,47% GDP trung bình giai đoạn 2010-2014

In terms of economic structure, the industrial sector is still the spearhead sectors of the province of BA RIA-Vung Tau province, although the mining industry or other heavy industries. Figure 2 indicates the economic structure by industry of BA RIA-Vung Tau province in the period 2010-2014. Can clearly see that the mining industry and other industries is the main component in GDP of BA RIA-Vung Tau. The only industry that has up to 89.47% of the average GDP of the period 2010-2014
