Không có vụ kiện hoặc thủ tục tố tụng nào đang diễn ra tại bất kỳ tòa án, cơ quan trọng tài nào, mà theo đó một biện pháp ngăn chặn, phán quyết, quyết định khi được đưa ra có thể (aa) ngăn cản việc hoàn thành bất kỳ giao dịch nào được dự tính theo Hợp Đồng Chuyển Nhượng, và/hoặc (bb) làm cho giao dịch được dự tính theo Hợp Đồng Chuyển Nhượng bị hủy bỏ sau khi hoàn thành.

No lawsuit or proceedings whatsoever in any court, the arbitrators would, by which a measure, ruling, decision when given possible (aa) prevented the completion of any transaction contemplated under the contract of assignment, and/or (bb) makes the transactions contemplated under the contract of assignment was canceled after complete.

No lawsuits or proceedings that are ongoing at any courts, arbitration bodies, in which a preventive measures, rulings, decisions can be made when (aa) prevent the completion of any transaction contemplated under the transfer contract, and / or (bb) make transactions contemplated under the Agreement Transfer canceled after completion.
