Bên A phải tuân thủ các quy định củ

Bên A phải tuân thủ các quy định của Pháp luật về PCCC, các khuyến nghị của cơ quan PCCC và của Bên B (nếu có). Trong trường hợp Bên A vi phạm các quy định tại Điều này, Bên B có quyền từ chối một phần hoặc toàn bộ số tiền bồi thường tùy theo mức độ lỗi của Bên A.

Results (English) 1:

Party A shall comply with the provisions of the law on FIRE PREVENTION, FIRE PROTECTION Agency's recommendations and of the Side B (if any). In case A Party violates the provisions of this Article, party B has the right to refuse in part or the full amount of compensation depending on the degree of fault of the Parties a.

Results (English) 2:

Party A must comply with the provisions of the law on fire protection, the recommendations of agency fire protection and Party B (if any). In case Party A breach of the provisions of this Article, Party B has the right to refuse part or all of the amount of compensation depending on the degree of fault of Party A.
