For breaches of discipline for the first time, but did not cause serious consequences, affecting the production and trading of shares. The following violations will be handled form written reprimand:
1. Non-compliance with regulations and standards on safety, labor hygiene prescribed in Article 16.17. Violations of the regulations on labor safety, business ethics rules.
2. During working hours, not in uniform, not wearing protective clothing or unused labor and labor protection instruments prescribed by the Company.
3. Spiritual work is not active and does not cooperate with colleagues, despite reminders from 03 times or more.
