Chúng tôi đang tiến hành các công việc thi công tại công trường như đã thỏa thuận và được sự đồng ý của chủ đầu tư.
Đến nay, để kịp thời thi công đạt tiến độ của dự án chúng tôi cần đặt hàng cũng như cần huy động tài chính từ các ngân hàng. Việc này chúng tôi rất cần hợp đồng kinh tế ký kết giữa 2 bên, tuy nhiên được biết Head office của BAO STEEL vẫn cần thêm thời gian để có bản hợp đồng.
Do vậy chúng tôi gửi bản thảo agreement kèm theo để xin được ký kết tạm thay cho hợp đồng kinh tế để làm thủ tục bảo lãnh và xin tạm ứng hợp đồng. Mong ông kiểm tra giúp đỡ cho chúng tôi.

For this we need the economic contract signed between the two sides, however, are known to Head office of BAO STEEL still needs more time to have a contract.So we sent a draft agreement attached to be signed provisionally in place of economic contract of guarantee and the procedures to apply for the advance contract.
