This is to inform you that we have been advised vessel CMA CGM Don Pascuale with voyage 0005S had a

collision during its berthing in Cai Mep International Terminal (CMIT), Vietnam, on 1 July, causing damage to both the berth and the vessel.



The vessel was operating on Asia – US East Coast Container Service 1 (AUC1) when the incident

currently berthing at CMIT, waiting for Ship’s Owner for survey results and decision on next steps.



Our AUC1 service covers the following ports: Shanghai -> Hong Kong -> Yantian-> Vung Tau (CMIT) -> Port

Kelang -> New York -> Norfolk -> Savannah -> Port Kelang -> Vung Tau (CMIT) -> Hong Kong -> Yantian ->

Shanghai.



UASC will continue to work closely with the vessel operator on this incident and pass on information on a daily basis as it is received.
