- Hạn chế trong công tác đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực: việc đào tạo và bồi dưỡng trình độ tay nghề cho công nhân viên vẫn chưa được thực hiện đầy đủ. Nguyên nhân của việc này là do số lượng nhân viên lớn và do thường xuyên áp dụng các dây chuyền công nghệ kỹ thuật mới vào sản xuất nên yêu cầu một đội ngũ công nhân viên có trình độ và tay nghề cao luôn sẵn sàng thích nghi với công nghệ mới.
- Trong công tác sử dụng lao động, công ty đã thực hiện nhiều biện pháp tạo động lực cho người lao động. Tuy nhiên, các công tác này đôi khi vẫn chưa thực sự hiệu quả, chưa được thực hiện một cách triệt để. Điều này đòi hỏi đội ngũ quản lý nhân lực phải giám sát việc thực hiện công tác này một cách tốt hơn nữa.
