Trong thời hạn thực hiện hợp đồng này, nếu pháp luật có hiệu lực áp dụng quy định hoặc yêu cầu hợp lệ của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền xác định của hợp đồng này bắt buộc phải thực hiện thủ tục hành chính cho giao dịch hoặc thay đổi hình thức hợp đồng. Các bên sẽ nỗ lực cao nhất, trong thời hạn sớm nhất để hợp đồng này được điều chỉnh phù hợp mà không làm thay đổi nội dung và mục đích của hợp đồng.
Hợp đồng này được coi là vô hiệu hoàn toàn trong trường hợp bên cho thuê không ký hợp đồng trang thiết bị giữa các bên đảm bảo căn hộ đáp ứng đầy đủ các tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu và thực hiện đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ tài chính liên quan đến hợp đồng đó
