Ngài đại tá Vladimir Lisy – chỉ huy trưởng căn cứ đã giới thiệu về căn cứ, cơ sở vật chất và trang thiết bị của căn cứ: Máy bay MiG-29, L-39. Đặc biệt là các vấn đề mà phía Việt Nam quan tâm: Buồng tập lái MiG-29, L-39 do Cộng hòa Slovakia sản xuất; tình hình trang bị tại cơ sở sửa chữa và bảo dưỡng máy bay của căn cứ.

Next, the Vietnam Delegation is to visit the base at Sliak. Colonel Vladimir Lisy-Commander of the base was about the base, the facilities and the equipment of the Base: MiG-29, L-39. Especially the issue that the Vietnam concerned: the Chamber volume to drive the MiG-29, L-39 by the Slovak Republic the production; the situation fitted at the base of the repair and maintenance of aircraft.

Next, Vietnam delegation visited Air Force Base in Sliak. He colonel Vladimir Lisy - base commander introduced the grounds, facilities and equipment of the base: Aircraft MiG-29, L-39. Especially the problems that Vietnam is interested: MiG-29 learner Chambers, L-39 by the Republic of Slovakia produced; the situation at the facility equipped with repair and maintenance of aircraft grounded.
