Thông tư 02/2016/TT-BXD quy định hội nghị nhà chung cư lần đầu thì phải có tối thiểu 75% đại diện chủ sở hữu căn hộ đã nhận bàn giao tham dự. Chúng tôi rất tiếc phải thông báo rằng số lượng tham dự hội nghị ngày 25/05/2016 vừa qua đạt 13.94% số lượng đại diện chủ sở hữu tham dự. Do vậy, hội nghị lần đâu đối với chung cư Thảo Điền Pearl chưa được tiến hành.
