Cửa hàng bán lẻ không được sử dụng nhãn hiệu CUBE dùng làm tên thương mại, tên công ty hoặc một phần trong công việc kinh doạnh. Trừ khi được sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của người ủy quyền, nếu không các cửa hàng bán lẻ không được sử dụng nhãn hiệu CUBE trong các cửa hàng hoặc trên các sản phẩm khác, bất kể nhãn hiệu đó đã được đăng ký hay chưa. Nếu cửa hàng bán lẻ có nhu cầu sử dụng nhãn hiệu CUBE nên gửi một văn bản đề nghị đến người ủy quyền, nếu cửa hàng bán lẻ không cung cấp văn bản đề nghị cụ thể thì không được phép sử dụng nhãn hiệu CUBE. Khi thời hạn của thỏa ước này chấm dứt hoặc thỏa ước được chấm dứt với bất kỳ lý do nào thì các quyền sử dụng nhãn hiệu CUBE xem như chấm dứt và cũng từ thời điểm đó các tài liệu liên quan đến việc bán hàng và các hình thức trưng bày, hình thức quảng bá nhãn hiệu CUBE cũng xem như kết thúc.
