Tiểu dự án hệ thống giám sát điều khiển và thu thập số liệu (SCADA) có hai hạng mục chính: (i) Xây dựng nhà điều hành hệ thống Bắc Hưng Hải và (ii) Cung cấp và lắp đặt thiết bị SCADA.
Hạng mục Nhà điều hành hệ thống Bắc Hưng Hải với qui mô 4 tầng, diện tích mặt bằng xây dựng 556 m2, diện tích sàn 1896 m2. Hợp đồng gói thầu hạng mục này đã được trao vào cuối tháng 9 năm 2015, hiện nay đang được triển khai thi công đúng tiến độ.

Sub-project monitoring system control and data acquisition (SCADA) has two main components: (i) Develop operator Bac Hung Hai system and (ii) Supply and installation of SCADA equipment.
Ranks Operator position Bac Hung Hai system with size 4 storey building area of 556 m2 premises, 1896 m2 of floor area. Contract Package This item was handed in late September 2015, is currently under construction on schedule.
Items Supply and installation of SCADA equipment originally scheduled the following scale:
