- Trực thuộc Tổng giám đốc có các hội đồng: Hội đồng tín dụng trung ương, Hội đồng ALCO (chức năng nhiệm vụ như đã nêu tại Mục 4.1.3 c – Thuyết minh về các ủy ban chính trực thuộc Ban điều hành).
- Các Ban thuộc Khối QLRR tại HSC bao gồm: Ban QLTD, Ban QLRRTD, Ban QLRR TT&TN
