Đối với công ty PJICO: Trước hết đào tạo và phát triển giúp PJICO nâng cao chất lượng thực hiện công việc của mỗi thành viên, mỗi thành viên hoàn thành tốt công việc của mình sẽ nâng cao năng suất lao động của toàn PJICO.
Mặt khác người lao động không chỉ được đào tạo về mặt kỹ năng để thực hiện công việc mà qua những khoá đào tạo họ còn nâng cao được tính kỉ luật, bồi dưỡng về mặt đạo đức nghề nghiệp. Từ đó góp phần nâng cao được ý thức trách nhiệm của người lao động trong công việc, giảm thiểu tối đa sự giám sát đối với người lao động. Đó là một lợi thế của PJICO trong việc giảm chi phí mà vẫn đảm bảo được hiệu quả công việc.
