Với mong muốn thông qua việc thu hẹp phạm vi nghiên cứu nhằm đi sâu phân tích, lý giải cho sự thay đổi đó em mạnh dạn chọn đề tài “Chiến lược Marketing tại hệ thống siêu thị Big C ” làm đề tài luận văn thạc sỹ của mình. Trong khuôn khổ đề tài, em chủ yếu tập trung khai thác chiến lược marketing tại hệ thống siêu thị Big C, nhận diện một số hạn chế còn tồn tại trong thiết kế marketing – mix của siêu thị trên cơ sở đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm tăng cường hơn nữa hiệu quả hoạt động của hệ thống siêu thị Big C.
