Hiện nay, Việt Nam chưa có quy định cụ thể hạn chế việc luân chuyển dòng ngoại hối trong điều kiện khủng hoảng. Tuy nhiên căn cứ vào tình hình thực tế từng thời kỳ, Chính phủ và Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam có thể sẽ có các quy định điều chỉnh, bổ sung cụ thể đối với việc kiếm soát dòng ngoại hối đi và đến Việt Nam.
