Tài sản cố định phải được sử dụng đúng theo hướng dẫn sử dụng, phải bảo quản tài sản tốt trong quá trình sử dụng. Kế hoạch bảo trì tài sản cố định được chuẩn bị từ đầu năm và thực hiện bảo trì theo kế hoạch được phê duyệt.
Tài sản trong quá trình sử dụng bị hư hỏng thì cần được sửa chữa kịp theo đúng quy trình của Công ty.
