Hơn 30 năm công tác trong lĩnh vực môi trường tại Việt Nam cùng với các thành tựu nghiên cứu khoa học đã đạt được cùng với vị trí Giám đốc Trung tâm đồng thời là Chuyên gia Hội đồng thẩm định ĐTM của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường Bà đã đóng góp không nhỏ trong quá trình xây dựng và phát triển Trung tâm, đưa ra các phương án xử lý tối ưu về môi trường cho các dự án tại Việt Nam.
