1. Chủ hàng phải chịu mọi thủ tục và chi phí giao hàng phải thông báo trước cho chủ cửa hàng địa điểm giao nhận hàng (nếu không thể đưa trực tiếp đến cửa hàng được)
2. Sau khi nhận hàng, cửa hàng phải chịu trách nhiệm về sự hư hỏng, mất mát, mặc dù quyền sở hữu hàng hóa tại cửa hàng vẫn thuộc về bên giao hàng và có quyền rút hàng ký gửi về bất cứ lúc nào.
