Công văn số 5317/TCT-KK ngày 10/12/2015 về thanh toán qua ngân hàng: nếu doanh nghiệp và nhà cung cấp đồng thời chưa đăng ký hoặc thông báo tài khoản thanh toán với cơ quan thuế thì các giao dịch thanh toán tiền hàng hóa mua vào có giá trị từ hai mươi triệu đồng trở lên sẽ không được kê khai, khấu trừ và cả hai bên sẽ bị xử phạt vi phạm pháp luật về đăng ký thuế theo quy định
