- Có trách nhiệm tham gia bảo vệ tài sản, tạo điều kiện cho lái xe hoàn thành nhiệm vụ.
- Ký xác nhận về thời gian sử dụng, lộ trình đã sử dụng (số công-tơ-mét hoặc ki-lô-mét) vào lịch điều động xe theo biểu mẫu BM/QĐ-HC-02-03 ngay sau khi kết thúc chuyến đi.
- Có trách nhiệm giải trình những thay đổi về hành trình của xe so với lịch trình đã phê duyệt.
