Giám đốc: là người quyền lực cao nhất điều hành mọi hoạt đông của Công ty, trực tiếp chỉ huy Phó Giám đốc và Kế toán trưởng trong công việc, tổ chức ký kết các hợp đồng kinh tế… Giám đốc là người đại diện trước pháp luật của công ty và chịu trách nhiêm về các vấn đề trong công ty.
Phó giám đốc: là người giúp giám đốc, chịu trách nhiệm trước giám đốc, trước Nhà nước về nhiệm vụ của mình được phân công. Phó giám đốc có nhiệm vụ thay mặt giám đốc khi giám đốc đi vắng hoặc được giám đốc uỷ quyền để giải quyết và điều hành công tác nội chính, có trách nhiệm thường xuyên bàn bạc với giám đốc về công tác tổ chức, tài chính, sản xuất kinh doanh, tạo điều kiện cho giám đốc và điều chỉnh kế hoạch.
