Công ty Thông tin di động (VMS-Mobifone) là đối tác chiến lược trong nước hiện sở hữu hơn 6% vốn điều lệ của SeABank. MobiFone là nhà cung cấp mạng thông tin di động đầu tiên và duy nhất tại Việt Nam từ năm 2005-2008 được khách hàng yêu mến, bình chọn cho giải thưởng mạng thông tin di động tốt nhất trong năm tại Lễ trao giải Vietnam Mobile Awards do tạp chí Echip Mobile tổ chức. Năm 2009 Mobifone được Bộ thông tin và Truyền thông Việt Nam trao tặng giải thưởng Mạng di động xuất sắc nhất năm 2008. Mobifone là doanh nghiệp nằm trong Top 20 doanh nghiệp lớn nhất Việt Nam theo xếp hạng của UNDP.

Société Générale đã cử các chuyên gia cao cấp từ Trụ sở chính tại Paris (Pháp) sang trực tiếp làm việc và hỗ trợ SeABank trong tất cả các hoạt động hàng ngày của ngân hàng như cơ cấu nhân sự, quản trị rủi ro, phát triển mạng lưới, xây dựng mô hình ngân hàng bán lẻ... hướng tới mục tiêu đưa SeABank trở thành ngân hàng bán lẻ tiêu biểu tại Việt Nam
