Khi tiếp nhận hồ sơ vay vốn, chuyên viên khách hàng cần thẩm định, xem xét kỹ trước khi quyết định xem có nên đề xuất thẩm định tài sản đảm bảo cho khách hàng hay không để tránh tình trạng bỏ mất khách hàng tốt, đủ điều kiện vay vốn hoặc đề xuất thẩm định cho khách hàng không đủ điều kiện vay vốn làm tốn kém chi phí cho ngân hàng, khách hàng và ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của chuyên viên khách hàng.
