Khi tài sản cố định được bán hay thanh lý, nguyên giá và khấu hao lũy kế được xóa sổ và bất kỳ khoản lãi lỗ nào phát sinh do việc thanh lý đều được tính vào thu nhập hay chi phí trong kỳ.
