b) Trường hợp chủ tài khoản mới là người đại diện theo ủy quyền:
- Giấy đề nghị thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin;
- Văn bản uỷ quyền của Người đại diện theo pháp luật cho Người được uỷ quyền làm chủ tài khoản mới và văn bản đề nghị chấm dứt (huỷ bỏ) văn bản uỷ quyền hiện tại hoặc văn bản uỷ quyền mới có nội dung chấm dứt (huỷ bỏ) hiệu lực của văn bản uỷ quyền hiện tại;
- Giấy tờ tùy thân của chủ tài khoản mới theo quy định tại Điểm b, Khoản 1, Điều 9 Quy định này.
