Trong quá trình thực hiện các dự án do công ty đầu tư, có nhiều phương tiện và dụng cụ đo được sử dụng, chẳng hạn như các máy toàn đạc, máy kinh vĩ, máy thủy bình, thước dây, quả rọi… để phục vụ công tác thi công, lắp đặt, kiểm tra hoặc nghiệm thu chất lượng các hạng mục công trình. Trách nhiệm trực tiếp thuộc về các nhà thầu hoặc đơn vị tư vấn giám sát sử dụng các dụng cụ đo này. Tuy nhiên, công ty vẫn phối hợp với các đơn vị tư vấn giám sát và nhà thầu thi công xây lắp để thực hiện việc kiểm soát các phương tiện theo dõi và đo lường cần thiết, nhằm cung cấp bằng chứng về sự phù hợp của sản phẩm so với các yêu cầu đã xác định, bao gồm các hoạt động sau:
- Các phép đo và các thiết bị đo tương ứng được sử dụng cần phải được xác định trong các tài liệu như kế hoạch thi công, tài liệu kỹ thuật, tài liệu kiểm tra hoặc các hướng dẫn kiểm tra;
- Phòng Dự án có trách nhiệm phối hợp tư vấn giám sát và đại diện các nhà thầu để kiểm soát các thiết bị đo và các vật chuẩn có liên quan;
- Các thiết bị đo được hiệu chuẩn hoặc kiểm tra xác nhận để đảm bảo độ chính xác cần thiết và đảm bảo sử dụng các dụng cụ đo đúng nguồn gốc xuất xứ theo yêu cầu. Sau khi hiệu chuẩn hoặc kiểm tra xác nhận, tất cả các thiết bị đo đều phải có dấu hiệu nhận biết để xác định trạng thái kiểm soát và thời hạn hiệu chuẩn hoặc thời hạn kiểm tra tiếp theo;
- Các thiết bị đo được giữ gìn và sử dụng đúng cách để tránh sự điều chỉnh có thể làm mất đi độ chính xác của các kết quả đo, đồng thời được bảo quản để tránh hư hỏng hoặc suy giảm chất lượng trong khi di chuyển, bảo dưỡng hoặc lưu giữ;
- Khi phát hiện có bất cứ thiết bị đo nào không phù hợp, công ty thực hiện đánh giá xác nhận giá trị hiệu lực của các kết quả đo lường trước đó. Tùy theo kết quả đánh giá, các hạng mục công trình bị ảnh hưởng cần phải được xử lý thích hợp. Các thiết bị đo được điều chỉnh, hiệu chỉnh, hiệu chuẩn lại hoặc thay mới để đảm bảo sự phù hợp;
- Các kết quả hiệu chuẩn, kiểm tra xác nhận thiết bị đo cần phải được lưu hồ sơ.

After the calibration or verification test, all of the measuring equipment must have evidence to determine the status of the control and calibration period or deadline for the next inspection;-Measurement equipment are kept and used properly in order to avoid the possible loss of precision of the measurement results, and preserved to avoid spoilage or deterioration in quality when moving, maintenance or storing;-When there are any measuring device would not fit, the company conducted reviews confirm the value validity of the previous measuring results. Depending on the result, the projects affected need to be handled appropriately.
