Sau khi phân tích/điều chỉnh giá trị công việc dựa trên nội dung thảo luận với các lãnh đạo DHG, đường giá trị được phân thành các ngạch công việc tách biệt.
Mỗi ngạch là một tập hợp các vị trí có số điểm giá trị tương đối gần nhau, do có các mức độ yêu cầu về trách nhiệm, năng lực, phạm vi quản lý… gần tương tự nhau.
