Tại Phần I của Bản Tin Pháp Luật kỳ này, chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu bài viết của Cô Phạm Trọng Thanh Thủy với tiêu đề “Chia tài sản chung trong thời kỳ hôn nhân - Nên hay không ”. Bài viết mong muốn chia sẻ những lợi ích mà chế định chia tài sản chung trong thời kỳ hôn nhân có thể mang lại cho các cặp vợ, chồng bên cạnh các trách nhiệm mà vợ, chồng phải đảm bảo thực hiện nghĩa vụ với bên thứ ba nếu thỏa thuận chia tài sản chung được pháp luật công nhận. Chúng tôi hy vọng bài viết đã phân tích và đưa ra các giải pháp thực tế cho các cặp vợ, chồng trong bối cảnh nền kinh tế phát triển không ngừng như hiện nay.

In part I of this Law Newsletter, we will introduce her article Pham Trong Thanh Thuy titled "Divide public property during the marriage-should be or not".
