Trong quá trình thực tập ở đây, tôi đã tiếp thu và nhận ra nhiều thứ cần phải học hỏi thêm. Kỹ năng giao tiếp được nâng cao, ứng xử tốt hơn, xử lý tình huống một cách nhanh nhẹn, khéo léo luôn xảy ra trong khi làm việc. Ngoài ra, tôi còn rèn luyện được tính kiên trì, trách nhiệm, hiểu và nắm rõ hơn về quy trình làm việc của bộ phận Housekeeping. Vì thê,tôi có cơ hội rèn luyện, trao dồi ngoại ngữ thêm. Bên cạnh đó, tôi mới được biết cảm giác đi làm của một nhân viên Housekeeping thực thụ. Môi trường làm việc tại khách sạn Norfolk đã cho tôi những kinh nghiệm đáng quí và kỹ năng làm việc tốt giúp tôi trở nên tự tin hơn, mạnh dạn hơn

In practice the process here, I've realized a lot of things and need to learn more. Enhanced communication skills, behave better, handle a situation skillfully, nimble manner always occur while working. In addition, I also work out to be computer perseverance, responsibility, understanding and grasp of the work processes of the Housekeeping Department. Because, I had the opportunity to work out, study foreign languages and more. Besides, I know the feeling of working of a Housekeeping staff. The work environment at the Norfolk Hotel gave me the treasured experience and good working skills help me become more confident, more boldly

During practice here, I have learned and realized many things to learn. Communication skills are enhanced, better behavior, handling situations in a quick, deft always occur while working. Also, I was trained to be perseverance, responsibility, understand and know more about the working process of the Housekeeping department. So, I had the opportunity to train, cultivate language more. Besides, I know the feeling of an employee to work real Housekeeping.
