2.1 Yêu cầu đối với vùng trồng nguyên liệu cây Moringa
- Diện tích qui hoạch một vùng nguyên liệu tối thiểu là 50 ha để đảm bảo sản xuất theo mô hình Công nghiệp hóa.
. 2.2 Kế hoạch triển khai
Việc triển khai trồng cây Moringa được phân thành 3 giai đoạn của dự án.
Giai đoạn 1:
Triển khai nhập hạt giống từ Ấn Độ và tổ chức gieo giống trên diện tích đất khoảng 4 – 5 ha. (có chuyên gia Ấn Độ hướng dẫn đào tạo)
Tổ chức trồng 300 ha tại các khu vực từ Vĩnh Linh đến Cam lộ, vùng Đakrong, Chủ yếu khu vực dọc theo đường mòn Hồ Chí Minh. Và một số xã thuộc huyện Sông Hinh tỉnh Phú Yên khoảng 200 ha
Giai đoạn 2:
Triển khai Trồng tại các khu vực huyện Sông Hinh tỉnh Phú Yên, và các huyện Lân cận. Dự kiến khoảng 2.000 ha
Giai đoạn 3:
Triển khai Trồng trên diện rộng toàn tỉnh Phú Yên và các tỉnh Tây nguyên. Diện tích dự kiến khoảng 2.000ha
