Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư lập Báo cáo tổng hợp định kỳ 06 tháng và cả năm về tình hình vận động, quản lý và sử dụng vốn ODA, vốn vay ưu đãi ở cấp quốc gia theo Mẫu IV-GSĐG 6 trong Phụ lục IV của Thông tư này trình Thủ tướng Chính phủ (bằng văn bản), thông báo cho Bộ Tài chính và các cơ quan liên quan (bằng văn bản và thư điện tử). Báo cáo 06 tháng gửi trước ngày 31 tháng 7 hàng năm và báo cáo năm gửi trước ngày 15 tháng 02 năm sau

The Ministry of planning and investment to set up periodic synthesis reports 6 months and a year on the State of mobilization, management and use of ODA, concessional loans at the national level under model IV-GSĐG 6 in annex IV of this circular process of Prime (in writing), informed the Finance Ministry and related agencies (written and electronic mail). Report 6, submitted before 31 July each year and report in on Feb. 15, before sending the next year
