Phương pháp xây dựng mô hình: Mô hình được xây dựng dựa trên những nghiên cứu của các tác giả đi trước, bao gồm nghiên cứu của Parasuraman và các cộng sự (1985, 1988); Trần Đức Thắng (2015). Các nghiên cứu này định hướng trước được các biến của mô hình nên có và bảng hỏi dùng để phỏng vấn khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ ngân hàng.
Phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu:
Dữ liệu sơ cấp được thu thập từ 250 khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ tín dụng cá nhân tại BIDV Đông Đô. Dữ liệu này được thể hiện qua các bảng hỏi và chuyển 200 bảng hỏi cho các giao dịch viên của BIDV Đông Đô phát cho khách hàng đồng thời thu lại sau khi trả lời từ 01/04/2016 đến 15/0 9/2016.Với các khách hàng không có giao dịch trong thời gian trên, tác giả gửi email đến địa chỉ được lưu trữ tại chi nhánh.
Dữ liệu thứ cấp: Bao gồm các dữ liệu liên quan đến tín dụng cá nhân, gồm dư nợ tín dụng, lãi suất, phí suất, tăng trưởng dư nợ, nợ xấu… được thu thập dựa trên báo cáo được lưu trữ tại BIDV chi nhánh Đông Đô.

This data is expressed through questionnaires and 200 questionnaires for transfer transactions of BIDV Dong Do delivered to customers at the same time recorded after the reply from 1/4/2016 to 15/0 9/2016. with customers no transaction during which the author sent an email to the address stored in the branch.
secondary data: includes data relating to individual credit, including credit balance interest rates, interest expenses, loan growth, bad debts ... are collected based on reports stored in Dong Do BIDV branches.
