3- Ngoài ra BIDV và các Công ty con trực thuộc BIDV có trách nhiệm tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật chuyên ngành do các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước ban hành trong trường hợp các hoạt động của BIDV (và các Công ty con) có liên quan (như thuế, lao động, đầu tư ra nước ngoài…).
Các cơ quan chức năng thực hiện giám sát thông qua việc yêu cầu BIDV và các Công ty con: (i)- báo cáo về tình hình hoạt động và tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật trong ngành/lĩnh vực mà cơ quan đó phụ trách; (ii)- thực hiện kiểm tra tình hình thực hiện thực tế (nếu cần).
