Bên cạnh Viettel, một tập đoàn tư nhân khác là FPT cũng góp phần vào bức tranh viễn thông sáng sủa mà Campuchia có được nhờ các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài. FPT đã xây dựng kết nối mạng đường trục đến đường biên giới, từ đó cung cấp dung lượng cho các nhà khai thác tại Campuchia và hiện cung cấp gần 50% băng thông quốc tế đến thị trường này.
