+ Trường hợp diện tích thông thủy thực tế chênh lệch trên (>) 1% so với diện
tích ghi trong Hợp đồng thì giá bán Căn hộ sẽ được điều chỉnh lại theo diện
tích đo đạc thực tế khi bàn giao Căn hộ.
