Đại sứ quán phải quyết liệt việc này vì theo như thế này có thể sau này Chính phủ Việt Nam cấm nhập khẩu xe đầu kéo cũ cũng không biết được.

Rất mong các ông xem xét và liên hệ với Đại sứ quán Mỹ tại Hà Nội sớm.
