- Về vấn đề cái đeo máy hàn bị hư cần chuyển về quận 2, cần xác định rõ lí do hư để xác định chi phí phát sinh nếu có, tại sao chuyển về quận 2 và chi phí chuyển về ai sẽ chịu trách nhiệm? và khi nào sẽ sửa xong hay cấp mới thay thế?
