2. Người dự tuyển nếu thuộc trong các diện sau thì không được tuyển dụng:
a. Người đang bị truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự hoặc đang thi hành án của Tòa án;
b. Người qua phỏng vấn thi tuyển nhận thấy không phù hợp với yêu cầu của Công ty;
c. Người từng bị Công ty sa thải hoặc đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động trái pháp luật với Công ty;
d. Người có phẩm chất đạo đức không tốt hoặc đã bị cơ quan đơn vị sử dụng trước đó sa thải;
e. Khai man hồ sơ cá nhân hoặc giả tạo hồ sơ;
f. Người không đủ độ tuổi theo quy định của pháp luật lao động;
g. Bị tước quyền công dân mà chưa được hồi phục;
h. Mắc bệnh truyền nhiễm, bệnh thần kinh, không đạt yêu cầu về kiểm tra sức khỏe do cơ quan y tế từ cấp huyện trở lên xác nhận.
