Nội quy lao động là những quy định

Nội quy lao động là những quy định cụ thể nhằm điều chỉnh các vấn đề phát sinh trong quan hệ lao động, bao gồm: hợp đồng lao động; thời giờ làm việc; thời giờ nghỉ ngơi; trật tự trong công ty; an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động; bảo vệ tài sản sản và bí mật kinh doanh của công ty; kỷ luật lao động và trách nhiệm vật chất và các vấn đề có liên quan tại Công ty Cổ phần Thanh Bình Phú Mỹ (sau đây gọi tắt là “Công ty”).
Nội quy lao động áp dụng cho tất cả những người lao động trong Công ty theo các hình thức và các loại hợp đồng lao động, kể cả người lao động trong thời gian thử việc, học nghề.
Nội quy lao động này không áp dụng đối với Ban Tổng Giám đốc của Công ty.

The labor regulations applicable to all workers the Company under the form and the type of labor contract, including employees of the probationary period, vocational training.
The labor regulations do not apply to the Board of Directors of the Company.
