Việc xác nhận tài liệu này ghi nhận sự đồng ý của các bên về nội dung của Điều lệ dự án. Qua đó cũng đồng thời xác nhận sự đồng thuận của quý vị về phương pháp thực hiện của EY trong suốt thời gian thực hiện dự án. Các thay đổi sau khi tài liệu này được xác nhận của hai bên sẽ được bổ sung như phụ lục tài liệu và được gởi đến HT.
