Đối với các máy xét nghiệm có tương tác 2 chiều, phần mềm sẽ dựa trên các yêu cầu tương ứng với từng máy xét nghiệm và yêu cầu thực hiện dựa trên mẫu thử và mã vạch tương ứng. Sau khi xét nghiệm xong, phần mềm tự động nhận kết quả, tiến hành phân tích và lưu trữ dữ liệu, đồng thời truyền kết quả sang phân hệ cận lâm sàng.
