5- Thanh toán điện tử đối với các khoản thuế, phí và lệ phí thông qua hệ thống ngân hàng thương mại dựa trên thỏa thuận trao đổi và xử lý thông tin thu, nộp, thanh toán thuế, phí, lệ phí giữa các cơ quan Nhà nước có liên quan và các Ngân hàng thương mại;
6- Chứng từ điện tử trao đổi giữa các cơ quan Nhà nước với nhau trên hệ thống hải quan một cửa quốc gia trong việc thực hiện TTHC có giá trị  pháp lý như chứng từ giấy;
7- Chuẩn bị các điều kiện cần thiết để thực hiện trao đổi thông tin về Giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ hàng hóa (C/O) theo Hiệp định ATIGA trong ASEAN và tiến tới công nhận C/O điện tử giữa các nước thành viên ASEAN;
8- Sẵn sàng trao đổi các thông tin cơ bản trên tờ khai hải quan với Hải quan các nước thành viên ASEAN theo khuân dạng thống nhất.
