Giờ làm việc và ngày nghỉ cho các chuyên gia được quy định tại Phụ lục A. Để giải thích cho thời gian di chuyển đến/ từ đất nước của chủ đầu tư, các chuyên gia thực hiện dịch vụ trong nước của chủ đầu tư được coi là đã bắt đầu hoặc kết thúc công việc đối với các dịch vụ như vậy với số ngày trước khi họ đến và sau khi họ rời khỏi đất nước của chủ đầu tư được quy định cụ thể tại Phụ lục A.
